  • Continually collaborates with leadership concerning fiscal, policy, and legislative issues.
  • Implemented and manages Santa Rosa County Schools’ online hiring application, processing over 3700 applications per month during peak season.
  • Provides for the training and development of district personnel in areas such as compliance with federal regulations, interviewing and hiring practices, management skills and union contract administration.
